Third Valley location brings BURN’s signature Megaformer workouts to South Tempe, with free classes, giveaways and a community celebration
We’re excited to bring BURN to South Tempe. What started as one studio has grown to three thanks to our incredible community. We can’t wait to welcome new faces and build that same connection here.”
TEMPE, AZ, UNITED STATES, October 27, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- BURN Lagree is celebrating the grand opening of its newest studio in South Tempe on Saturday, October 31, with a morning of free fitness classes, local vendors, giveaways and special membership offers. Located on the northwest corner of Rural Road and Warner Road in Tempe, at 8750 S. Rural Road, Suite 102, the new studio marks the locally owned company's third Valley location, joining its established studios in Old Town Scottsdale and Central Phoenix.— Rebecca Costa, Co-Owner BURN Lagree
Founded in 2017 by Michael and Rebecca Costa, BURN Lagree has spent nearly a decade building a loyal following around the Lagree Method, a high-intensity, low-impact strength training workout performed on the patented Megaformer™. The new Tempe studio brings BURN’s signature Lagree workouts to more Valley residents, building on the success of its Scottsdale and Phoenix locations.
"We're incredibly excited to bring BURN to South Tempe and celebrate with the neighborhood," said Rebecca Costa, co-founder, owner and Lagree Master Trainer at BURN Lagree. "What started with one studio in Scottsdale has grown into three locations because of the incredible community we've built. Our clients support and encourage each other, and that energy is what makes BURN special. We're looking forward to welcoming new faces and creating that same sense of connection here in Tempe."
The October 31 celebration will feature four complimentary 45-minute Lagree classes at 8 a.m., 9 a.m., 10 a.m. 11 a.m., and 12:00 p.m. - giving experienced clients and newcomers an opportunity to experience BURN's signature Megaformer workout. The event will also feature several local businesses offering experiences and opportunities to shop, including:
- Crema Collective: Specialty beverages from a mobile coffee bar.
- Studio Loughlin: Candles and fragrances.
- Oasis Facebar Tempe: Interactive DIY skincare serums.
- The Tox Chandler: Mini sculpting facials.
- BURN Flower Bar: Build-your-own floral bouquets.
- Grand Opening Raffle: A chance to win a complimentary five-class package.
Classes are free, but advance reservations are encouraged as space is limited. The grand opening comes as Lagree continues gaining popularity nationwide among people seeking efficient strength training that delivers a challenging workout without the repetitive impact associated with many traditional fitness programs.
Lagree is a distinct fitness method that combines strength, muscular endurance, balance, flexibility and core stability into a single workout. Using the patented Megaformer™, participants perform slow, controlled movements against spring-based resistance, maintaining continuous tension on the muscles.
BURN's 45-minute classes are designed to challenge hundreds of muscles while minimizing stress on joints and connective tissue. The method appeals to men and women across age groups and fitness levels, from athletes and younger fitness enthusiasts to active older adults focused on maintaining strength and mobility.
One of the defining characteristics of Lagree is its ability to continually challenge participants as they progress. As clients become stronger and more experienced, instructors can increase the intensity, making the workout consistently demanding while allowing individuals to progress at their own pace.
"One of the things we love most about Lagree is that there's always room to grow," Costa added. "Whether you're stepping onto a Megaformer for the first time or you've taken hundreds of classes, you're going to be challenged. And if you've been curious about Lagree but felt intimidated, our grand opening is a great opportunity to try it, meet our instructors and experience the community that makes BURN so special."
To celebrate the new Tempe location, BURN Lagree is offering special introductory pricing and legacy memberships available through November 1.
